By accessing and using the Opulique website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Omani Rial (OMR) and include applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly.
All products are subject to availability.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Order confirmation will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp.
Payment is due upon delivery (Cash on Delivery).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Oman. Delivery times are estimated at 2-5 business days.
Free shipping on orders above 20.000 OMR.
A shipping fee of 2.000 OMR applies to orders below 20.000 OMR.
Delivery delays may occur during holidays or peak seasons.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Fragrance and skincare products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Opulique and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Opulique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
