- Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days across Oman.
- Free shipping on all orders above 20.000 OMR.
- A flat shipping fee of 2.000 OMR applies to orders below 20.000 OMR.
- You will receive a WhatsApp notification when your order is dispatched.
- Delivery times may vary during holidays, weekends, and peak seasons.
Return Policy
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Opened skincare, makeup, and fragrance products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Defective or damaged items can be returned or exchanged at no extra cost.
- To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product.
